    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When claiming my reward card, I select my latest account number, then it goes to a blank screen with only BT header and footer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
