    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it normal to initiate a hard search against someone when they are renewing their contract with BT (rather than as a new customer) ? Was a bit surprised to find this was the case when I checked my credit rating this morning after an email saying it had dropped by over 100 points....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
