    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My first post here... Could you please advise. Last month I've updated my broadband to Fibre 3 but BT has not sent me their new Smart Hub 2 router however the website is clear that this device is a part of my package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm still on the old BT Hub which is fine but it's confusing what the website is saying while you going through broadband upgrade process&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are your experience with the similar situation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;this has been raised recently&amp;nbsp; there is no new SH2 with Halo 3 only with Halo 3+&lt;/P&gt;
