    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i recently placed my order to migrate to FTTP from FTTC and i was sent an email confirming my order change etc but in the email it shows my engineer appointment but then states; "We need to confirm this date, so we'll be in touch again soon. " I have yet to receive a email confirming (I just checked and i received one when ordering my FTTC) but if i track my orders on my account it shows;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thu 17 Nov 2022&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Engineer visit&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;for&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Broadband&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Estimated arrival&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;between&amp;nbsp;08:00 - 13:00&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Status: Confirmed&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Your appointment has been confirmed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;So it shows it's confirmed but i haven't received an email, Does it matter if i receive an email stating that it's been confirmed or is the order engineer status pretty much the exact same thing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you wish confirmation just ring the FTTP team 0800 587 4787. I would also suggest you check your spam/junk folder in case the email ended up there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got off the phone and they told me it might be a bug with the automated emails and he then checked openreach and confirmed the date, Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
