BT Reward Card -Declined/ Payments Unsuccessful

I recently received and registered my BT Reward Card and have tried to use it several times now for purchases online.

I have sufficient funds for the items that I’m trying to buy but it doesn’t seem to be working and the payment method has been either unsuccessful or declined each time.

Any help would be appreciated.o
