      <title>Recycling old equipment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m sure this has been asked before but I wonder if somebody will be able to advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a Smart Hub 2 from BT yesterday. Working fine so far. However when I made the order I asked the Agent about my old Hub and she said I could return it to be recycled and that I would be sent a bag/address label to do so. Unfortunately when I’ve logged onto my BT I cannot&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;see an option to 'Return your BT kit' after log on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The old Hub is pre 2019 (I understand there was some change to the T&amp;amp;Cs then regarding returning old equipment) so I’m not sure if it definitely has to be returned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it does need to be returned can somebody advise me how I can get a bag/address label to do so or even provide an address where it has to be sent too. I’ve still got the packaging that the new Hub came in that I could use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the Hub doesn’t have to be returned to BT can I just take it to the local tip to be recycled?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would be grateful for any advise please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
