Cannot find link to order returns bag

I've been asked to order a returns bag for old wi-fi equipment. I cannot find the link to this anywhere on the website or in 'my bt' when logged in. How do I order a returns bag as I do not want to be charged for this equipment.

Call BT 0800.800.150 and ask them to send you one.

I call this number many time. I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes. Then they cut me off.
Can't they just send me a bag for me to post back. I think this is a scam to get £30 from me.

They will send you a bag but you have to ask for one first!

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.

You can not order a bag from this forum and you need to remove your address as this is a public forum and it is also against forum rules to post addresses.
