BT phone line needs moving due to extension

Hello, does anyone know who or what I need to do with regards to disconnecting and moving of a BT line as it currently runs through a wall and under floor of a wall and floor that is being knocked down and demolished for an extension re build. I can’t find the answer or anything obvious to the answer in good old Google. Thanks in advance!

Hi @JennaKirby84 You simply need to contact your telephone provider. If it is BT then dial 150 and they will make arrangements with Openreach for you.

If it's internal work only, you can ask for a socket move of the NTE, costs around £130 I think.
If it's external work, you need to contact Openreach and request a quote, see Altering Our Network
