I am having the same issue, it has been over 2 weeks and I cannot see anything in my rewards.

Sorry you're having problems claiming your reward. Can you just confirm, was the order placed online or via an advisor?

Hi there, I placed the order online. I was recommended the package via moneysavingexpert if that helps?

There was a broadband genie component which has also gone awry, but they're looking into that
