    <description>&lt;P&gt;My legal name is spelled Katherine and on my account the person who first helped me set it up spelled it Kathryn. I called BT support who stated they fixed the spelling but one week later it is still showing as Kathryn.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any other way besides calling support that I can officially change the spelling of my name?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The billing team will correct any spelling mistakes on an account, ring 150 from a BT mobile or landline or 0800 800 150 from any other network, the change is instant.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
