      <title>Upgrade to full Fibre online issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to upgrade to full fibre online, when I get to the "Phone Calling Features" I get a red warning saying that BT call protect will not work with either Anonymous call reject or close. It says in bold PLEASE REMOVE THESE BELOW, but there is nothing below to remove&amp;nbsp; and I am unable to move on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if upgrading to full fibre FTTP then you would be better phoning FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and negotiate deal for upgrade with them.. if they are busy you will get redirected to CS so just hang up and try again bit later&lt;/P&gt;</description>
