      <title>2 accounts on BT ID</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was with BT several years ago but have returned after purchasing full fibre.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My previous account number is the default in MyBT and so I am not able to claim the game pass offer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to remove the old account number from the ID?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
