Can't see new account on BTID

Hi I am having this problem I had an old btsport account with ee and now I have just got fiber but can't see my new acount on the same email address

I am sorry for the problems you're having viewing your new account on your BTID. I understand you had the profile set up to log on to BT Sport previously.
