Bt reward card

I have been trying to claim my bt reward card for 70.00 since Sept. Everytime I click on the link it goes nowhere. Solution needed plz

Hi @Twizzell12, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Sorry that you're having difficulty claiming your reward card. Have you set up a BTID?
Are you using an email address you previously used for the BTID?

I have done everything I been told but still not had my 70.00 reward card does anybody know how to resolve this issue
