I referred a friend and received a email on 11/10/22 to tell me 30 days to go and you will get your gift card my friend reviewed the same email and we are still waiting it's getting beyond a joke I do my part you don't do yours

Hi @Tappy123 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry about that. Have you checked your email junk mail to make sure it hasn't ended up in there by mistake? The email with the voucher comes from this address bt@referme.to.

I am so sorry if you were told 30 days as that's not right.

On our refer a friend site we state the following: You should both receive your rewards via email within 45 days of your friend’s broadband activation date. You can find out full details of what needs to happen in the refer a friend terms and conditions.

On the terms and conditions page it also outlines the conditions needed in order to get the reward by email within 45 days of the purchase.

Again, I am sorry for any miscommunication that you may have received.
