I am due to switch from BT Fibre 1 to Sky Superfast on Monday. If I decided to cancel Sky under the 14 day cooling of period, how difficult would it be to return to BT and would I be classed as a new customer? I only had until 1400 today, 17.11.22, to stop the switch with BT.

The letter mentions "breaking up your bundle" and "we'll put you on a new calling plan" when I am switching both BB and landline.

I tried calling BT Cancellations to discuss my renewal, but gave up after being kept on hold with no answer. I decided to switch to another provider instead. I am now finding Sky just as hard to contact by phone as BT. Not everything can be done online.

I have been happy with my BT service, but the cost between the two over the contract is huge.

Thanks
