Reward card

I joined BT yesterday, the package I choose came with a reward card, but when trying to claim the reward it is telling me there is no reward. Do I have to wait a period before claiming? Thanks

Hi @finmai431 and welcome to our community.

You should be able to claim the reward but it won't be issued until at least 14 days after your services have been activated. I can help with that. Please check your inbox for my message and drop me a reply with the details.
