    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says I am able to get full fibre in my area but I am having real trouble with providers actually getting the wire up to my flat (it’s on the top floor with no windows to the front where it would need to come from). There are existing copper cables that have been used by BT by the previous owners.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you opt for a non full fibre package (eg Fibre 1) even if full fibre is available? Or will BT automatically try to make this full fibre as it’s available? Other providers seem to suggest they won’t offer the copper cable service if full fibre is in theory available (although in practice for me it isn’t!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't need any windows for FTTP. It is installed via an external wall. That said as you are in a Multi dwelling unit (MDU) the indtall may be different {window still not needed).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both fibre 2 (copper) and full fibre is available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Fibre 2 would give you up to 80mbs connection speed using any existing copper feed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some exchange areas are FTTP priority, so you may not be given the option of ordering a copper based product. That is usually mentioned somewhere on that information page, but its not shown on yours.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Its possible that the copper routing does not exist on the Openreach database.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try this method first.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Place an order for a line only using this link -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/landline/deals" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.bt.com/landline/deals&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the address doesn't appear properly when you enter the postcode, there is a section underneath where you can manually enter the address.&amp;nbsp; This will raise the order with the address showing as bronze and it will prompt Openreach to carry out a survey to confirm the routing.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Once the routing is updated the copper options should be available.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
