Change Broadband package to cheaper one

Hi,

My contract ends 21 Jul 2024, is it possible change Full Fibre 100 with BT Halo 3 to cheaper package? I was working from home, now I am going to office, working days almost do not use internet at all, but have to pay high price. Landline used few times in 2 years. There is some cheaper solution for me? How much would be exit fee?

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

Try calling 0800 800 150

A change of package would not normally be possible until a couple of months before the end of your current contract.

Cancellation would be very expensive at this point.
