&lt;P&gt;This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try calling 0800 800 150&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A change of package would not normally be possible until a couple of months before the end of your current contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Cancellation would be&lt;STRONG&gt; very&lt;/STRONG&gt; expensive at this point.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My contract ends 21 Jul 2024, is it possible change&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Full Fibre 100 with BT Halo 3&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;to cheaper&amp;nbsp;package? I was working from home, now I am going to office, working days almost do not use internet at all, but have to pay high price. Landline used few times in 2 years. There is some cheaper solution for me? How much would be exit fee?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
