BT Reward Card - Unable to claim

Hello,

I have received numerous links to redeem my reward card but when I follow the link it takes me to blank page with the bt header and footer

Please could i have help redeeming?

I am also having this exact same issue as @EwanMacD only showing the BT header and footer when trying to access the reward card.
