Reward Card

As part of the signing on package I was supposed to get a £110 pound reward card. I've had reminder emails and txt messages about claiming this however when I log onto the MyBT rewards page nothing shows. I have had 2 BT accounts in the past and can see under these accounts I have no rewards available etc. But when I switch the drop down to my new account (which has the reward) nothing loads it does not show me anything nothing around past rewards or available rewards etc. Could you advise what I can do.

I am sorry that it's not showing up for you yet. As long as you claim it, it will be sent to you 14 days after your service has gone live. If you need our help with this, please, reply back to the private message that I have just sent you.
