Returning equipment

I have cancelled by BT package. Can someone advise how I can get a return envelope for a BT Hub.?

After your services end, a returns bag will be sent automatically or you can request one via www.bt.com/MyBT by logging in.

Thank you for replying, but the link you provided doesn't work, plus I had already logged into my account and couldn't find an option for returns. Looks like Im not alone, there are several similar requests in this forum.
