That's no problem at all, just pop the equipment in the returns bag and drop it off at the post office. You won't be charged for lost user manuals or packaging.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":waving_hand:"&gt;👋&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve received an email from BT asking that I return loaned devices. Happy to do so but I am no longer in possession of the original product packaging that the loaned equipment arrived in. Can I return the physical devices in the bag supplier without having to pack the devices in the product box in which it arrived in? Will I be charged for the lost packaging / manual.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
