Hi, I claimed my reward card on 9th November and still haven't received it, just wondering when it will come and how will I get it?

Thanks for posting about your reward, sorry you haven't received it yet. Can you just confirm has the first bill been issued and paid?

Hi @Mummycobby90, If you're still waiting for your reward it should be with you soon after your services have been active for 14 days. As long as you've claimed the reward.

Hi, yes the first bill has been issued and paid and it has been active for 14 days now. Just wondering why I haven't had the card yet? Thanks

Hi, yes I claimed the reward on the 9th November. First bill has been issued and paid. Been active about 14 days also.
