    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I left BT and returned all my kit in the bag provided.&amp;nbsp; I even packed the bag in a box to better protect it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today i have received an email saying that the smart hub is still outstanding and I will be charged £50 if I don't return it by the 25th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to contact BT but was on hold for over an hour with no answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how best to proceed with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
