Amazon Voucher

I was due an amazon voucher after 6 months I think and have no contact from BT to say when will be issued.

I signed up on uswitch I think and was included a voucher of around £100.

Could someone investigate this please

Hi @Broon37 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I haven't heard of that offer before are you sure it was an Amazon voucher? The uswitch offers are normally for reward cards that you have to claim on the MyBT website.

I'll need to check back then, was one of the comparison sites I used in May this year and joined BT from there from 1st June with the amazon offer, I'll get back to you.

I can see my account was activated on 23/06/22 so isn't quite the 6 months yet, I'll investigate further but can't see yet which site was used to sign up from. I'm sure was £110 amazon voucher after 6 months.
