Refer a friend £50 amazon voucher

i referred a friend to BT shes joined, paid her bill and had her £50 amazon voucher its now been a week and I've had nothing, rang multiple times to be passesd back and forth with no help and still no voucher, yet I'm the one who got them a customer.
