      <title>Equipment returned but BT say it hasn’t been received</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m hoping that one of the Mods can help out (&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10"&gt;@PaddyB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;) &amp;nbsp;here …&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My father-in-law has decided he no longer needs broadband/Internet and my wife packaged all of the router, wires etc. and sent them back on the 14th November. My father-in-law has proof of sending receipt from the Post Office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife has been receiving emails from BT (as her Dad doesn’t have an email address) saying they have not received the returned items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to have this resolved? I can send a photo of the “proof of sending” receipt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scott&lt;/P&gt;</description>
