BT Fibre 2

I signed up to Fibre 2 with the Halo extender and it was £44 a month.

I have just seen that my last 2 bills have gone up to £64 a month? What is going on a £20 month price increase seems mental?

I know there was a price increase in Nov 2022 but surely not £20 a month

not sur what you mean by 'halo extender' but you need to phone CS 03301234150 and see if they can help

you should also be able to check MYBT for a summary of the package you agreed

No, there wasn't a price change in November, the annual increases are 1st April each year, using the CPI from January + 3.9%

There is no 'Fibre 2 with the Halo extender', there is 'Fibre 2' and 'Halo' - I'm guessing you've recently changed packages, log in at www.bt.com/mybt and look at recent orders.

This has been resolved now. I mean fibre 2 complete wifi with the wifi addon disc.
