      <description>&lt;P&gt;In addition to the above be worth using &lt;A href="https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and checking several address of neighbours next to you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check to see if WBT FTTP is shown as available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is available then it could be a record issue. If your immediate neighbours addresses are showing as WBC FTTP Available then calling the FTTP Team explaining the situation and they maybe able to find out and get the records corrected along with ordering a full fibre service for you: 0800 587 4787&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Check the list of address returned by &lt;A href="https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/&lt;/A&gt; to see if there's another similar address for your property.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've seen in some cases where there's a similar address for a property which has been assigned to the correct NADKEY in Openreach's records but the account is associated with another that has a similar address (looks almost the same but maybe misspelt as an example). Also seen it where a property is renamed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What a shame. The funny things is that TalkTalk offered me full fibre up to 250Mb/s I don't&amp;nbsp;know how they want to do it, or is it just a lie and an attempt to trick the customer into buying?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract with BT ends in 11 days and if I really can't order for a reasonable price then I will use another option unfortunately but I'd rather stay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So sounds like your call got redirected to an advisor in the sales team that was available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Worth trying again outside bank holiday periods.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another test to try is enter your address here: &lt;A href="https://www.openreach.com/fibre-checker" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.openreach.com/fibre-checker&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it comes back showing as available then it's an issue on the BT Wholesale records&lt;/P&gt;</description>
