BT Reward Card

Hi,

I had my BT broadband installed on the 8th December but have heard nothing regarding the reward card. Had a ton of emails and texts prior to the installation but nothing since 3 weeks later.

There’s nothing showing as waiting to claim - I’ve looked everywhere.
