    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I'm struggling to log in to my BT to see my details and billing information. It tells me that my ID is not recognised 3ven though I was allowed to change my password couple of times. I can't log in to outdoor/ public BT WiFi either...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas what I can do, please? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry that you're having trouble viewing your account online. Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache or using a different device?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you have more than one account linked to your BTID?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

My mobile, couple of laptops and it simply gives me the same message. This is my first BT account as I have only joined end of September.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
