Automatic Compensation Not Received Yet

We had a phone line fault from 11th September 2022 to 30th September 2022 and we still haven't received the automatic compensation that was promised by a BT staff member who was dealing with the fault.

Can anyone help with this please?

Yes they are great, I've got a Strat and still trying to play it!

Thank you so much for sorting out my query re compensation. The phone line fault was way back in September and amazingly you've managed to sort it out in two days! Really appreciate it, thanks again.
