    <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone help please. I joined BT in sept 22 from sky with an offer of a £120 purecard offer. All activated and yet to date, no card. Spoke to BT, who upped the card to £125 and then purecard re the lack of card. Despite calling and emailing, I still have no resolution. I am sure this is a clear breach of contract by BT for something that I suspect won't get resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to see that you haven't had your reward sent to you yet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When it comes to the amount, it being £120, we can't up that amount or change it. If £120 was the amount offered on the order then we can't change it to £125. The reward would go out at £120 and we may need to credit your BT account with £5 if that's what was promised.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you contacted Purecard, what did they say to you?&lt;/P&gt;
