      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a long wait to have full fibre activated, I was told that I would receive compensation for the amount of time overdue within 30 days. However I have received nothing and it is over 30 days as my full fibre was activated in November.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea, where I can get an answer to this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you have spoken with Customer Services, on the number that&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/33"&gt;@imjolly&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;gave you, have they been able to help you?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't rung the number yet.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately I spent the best part of a year on the phone to BT and I thought that was over when I got the full fibre enabled.&amp;nbsp; I have to brace myself before starting it all over again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
