      <description>&lt;P&gt;to upgrade to FTTP you can call FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and they will help you&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if you get redirected to CS as FTTP busy then just hang up and try again bit later&lt;/P&gt;</description>
