New full fibre offers

I have just been notified that full fibre is available in my area. I currently have fibre with halo 3. I can't understand how by not dropping the halo 3 which I feel is something I have never felt value for money and don't want I have to keep is literally a add on. Yes bt are offering a higher speed for the same price, I am not a gamer and only me in the house. I am willing to sign a new 24 month contract but bt are unwilling to remove the halo 3 which I know is 18 months x £6.99 it just seems ludicrous for a add on I don't even feel I wanted in the first place. Maybe my options are limited maybe just let my contract go down .

Have you tried phoning the FTTP TEAM. 08005874787 and see what you can negotiate to upgrade

I got double the speed on a new 24 month contract for same price. Me happy
