    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had an e-mail advising that my Line Rental Saver ends on the 25th, clicking on the link to renew I get an error message :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Fatal Error&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Access Denied&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reason:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Client address is not authorised.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've removed the router address for security.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Full Fibre 100 and Digital Voice, I recycled the hub to get a new IP but the error is the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas, or should I just phone up to renew?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
