    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I was without a landline from 26 oct until 18th nov 2022&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it was across the majority of ascot area during this time so when I went to report it was told that it was already known so no need to keep reporting it and to keep a track on the my BT app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some people are starting to receive compensation but I am not sure if it will be applied automatically to my next bill statement or not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone confirm please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
