      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there an Email i can send proof of delivery for my returned smart hub to? Goods returned on 30/11/22, tracked and showing as delivered on 19/12 (see below) My bt messaging not working, gave up after 30 mins on phone!       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/311057"&gt;@irene2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;thanks for sending the Hub back. At the moment it is taking approximately 3 weeks for returns to be processed after they've been returned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
