Wrong BT Account ID is showing, can't change it

We recently joined BT FTTP a couple months ago and there seems to be an old BT Account ID still linked to the account holders email, we are unable to see any of our active BT products or turn off BT WiFi when we sign into the account. Can a mod delete the old ID and link it to the correct one Thanks
