&lt;P&gt;It's the old account on the BTID that is most likely stopping you claiming the reward. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll get the old account removed and reward claimed for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Reward card/ Multiple Accounts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer and have had multiple messages saying I should be able to claim my reward card, however when I click on the link and log in it shows I have two accounts. When I click on the correct one (the new one) I then just get a blank screen and no access to the reward card. Is there a way to progress this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also like to delete the old account - it's from quite a few years ago. Can that be done?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
