      <title>Incorrect Products showing on Online Account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My online profile shows that I have two accounts, both of which list Digital Voice as the only Product.&amp;nbsp; This is incorrect.&amp;nbsp; The correct Products are Broadband and Mobile.&amp;nbsp; Also, as I cancelled my Digital Voice late last year, I would like to have the redundant account closed and return the digital phone to BT.&amp;nbsp; I haven't been able to access an online Chat with BT to resolve this.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas who to contact would be most appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
