    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I joined BT Broadband as a new customer at the end of October. I was referred by a friend, and received an email confirming the referral was successful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The email stated that myself and my friend would both receive a £50 amazon voucher 30 days after paying my first bill. I have just paid my third bill and we are still waiting for our vouchers. I have spoken to customer support four times; the first two times I was told I would be contacted within a week with a solution and never heard anything back, the third time a complaint was raised but it was closed the same day with no solution, and the fourth time another complaint was raised and nothing else has happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not really sure what else I can do to claim these vouchers? It has now been 60+ days since I paid my first bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
