Cannot claim £50 BT digital reward card

Just recently had my broadband installed, I've had reminder emails to claim this but every time I try to claim I get a blank screen. I'm not sure how I can get this any help would be much appreciated.

No cannot even get logged into my account keep on getting the same message "Sorry we can't get your account details at the moment"
