    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can upgrade at any time but it will require you to start an new contract with the package you choose.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There should be no fee for terminating the "old" contract early because you are staying with BT on what I assume will be a more expensive package.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you call BT 0330 1234 150 they should be able to confirm this and carry out the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/311259"&gt;@Tov81&lt;/a&gt;, that's good advice from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/104648"&gt;@gg30340&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; and you should be able to upgrade your package now without cancellation charges on the existing contract.&lt;/P&gt;
