Did you contact Topcashback? What did they come back and say to you?

Hi, I hadn't contacted TopCashback when I posted my message here, but once I'd discovered the correct process, I raised a missing cashback claim with them on 06 Jan 2023 and on 11 Jan 2023 they informed me that it had been submitted for review, but that they estimate between 1-3 months to get a resolution.

Hi @Coleman4582, thanks for raising this with TCB. It can take 6-8 weeks and this is after you're connected for TCB to show on your account. Have a look at: TopCashBack Help & Contact - CashBack Help and Contact Pages
