Return of equipment

I changed my bt package in October and was asked to return the TV box and wifi disc. I had 3 return envelopes sent to me but only used the one. I have a PO receipt dated 19 October as proof of posting. Both items are showing on my account returns page as not being received, but P O tracking shows it as being received by BT on 22 October. The £30 non return charge has now been added to my next bill. Not sure who I contact to solve this.
