hi I applied for my bt rewards card on 25th October 22 and I’ve still not got it via email just phoned up and there waiting on bt to confirm how and when will I get this 110 rewards card what can be done pls help

Amazing service really fast response and sorted my problem straight away this is more helpful than phonein up very friendly staff both male workers outstanding customer service

Hi I still haven’t received the emails with my card and I’ve been waiting since 25th October can this be hurried up as I’m relying on this card for Xmas

Thanks for posting. I've checked the order for your reward card.

It has a date of 17/12/2022 to complete. Keep an eye on your inbox and spam folders on that date and you should get your reward card.

Can you look into we’re my replacement card is at ive never got an email and no one else has my new password nothing

Why has my rewards card ended up in flyntshire when I live in Lancashire could it be sent to my other email address (edited by mod) as it seems my gmail has been hacked into as there’s clones of all kinds so I’m shutting account down thanks so my new email is one I’ve just put in this I’m so sorry I thought it took upto 3 weeks to come and just looked it’s been active and used in flyntshire I don’t no we’re that is as I’m not a traveller
