      <title>BT Hub returns - Royal Mail delivered, but no update in MyBT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve returned by BT SmartHub using the prepaid envelope sent by BT and it says ‘delivered’ in Royal Mail’s tracking page over a week ago. However, the MyBT homepage still says ‘awaiting return’.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone encountered similar? Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have Proof of Postage or Proof of Receipt you can call BT 0330 1234 150 and they will update your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
